We know things get crazy at times and change last minute, so please do your best to allow 48 business hours in advance for cancellation of any appointments here at the studio. No shows or day of cancellations will be charged 50% of the total services. (Friendly reminder we are closed Saturday -Monday) REFUND POLICY Here at Thrive we want to ensure you absolutely love your hair! We do not offer refunds for our services rendered, however we do offer a 7 day grace period to make any adjustments to your hair to make sure you feel your very best!
